Responsibilities : 

• Tackle complex and engaging ERISA assignments.
• Work with retirement plans, health and welfare plans, Taft-Hartley benefit plans, and executive compensation.
• Manage intricate case assignments with finesse.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients regularly, providing top-notch service.
• Utilize strong research and writing skills to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications : 

• Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Possess an active Florida bar license.
• Bring 3 years of professional ERISA law practice experience.
• Proficient with practice management systems and portals.
• Demonstrated research skills, including online services and databases.
•  Excel in project management, juggling multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Competitive compensation ranging from $145K - 175K, contingent upon experience 
• Comprehensive benefits package

Schedule and Location: 

• Full- time position based in Tampa, FL.
• Stable Monday to Friday work Schedule.
