Nexus Talent Connect Seeks stellar Attorney to join Vibrant firm in Tampa, FL! 

Step into a role where innovation meets a vibrant and dynamic work environment! As an attorney or patent agent in our Intellectual Property & Technology Service Line, you will tackle sophisticated and challenging IP work for clients across Florida and the nation. Our ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.

Qualifications: 

• Undergraduate degree in electrical or computer engineering, or computer science
• Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Over 2 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications (attorney position only) 
• Over 2 years of experience in intellectual property litigation (attorney position only) 
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (attorney position only) 
• Admission to practice law in one or more states, with a willingness to become barred in North Carolina and/or Florida (attorney position only)
• Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals
• Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases
• Project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Competitive compensation ranging from $145K - 175K, contingent upon experience 
• Comprehensive benefits package

Schedule and Location: 

• Full- time position based in Tampa, FL.
• Stable Monday to Friday work Schedule.
