As an attorney in our Real Estate & Development Service Line, you will handle sophisticated and challenging real estate matters for clients across Florida and the nation. We are looking for a candidate with 4 years of experience in commercial leasing, transactions, financing, and development. This role involves drafting, preparing, and negotiating various real estate contracts, commercial leases, and land use agreements, structuring and documenting loans, and advising clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, ownership, management, and development.
