Nexus Talent Connect seeks skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney in Florida!

Join a dynamic legal team where excellence in law meets a lively and enjoyable workplace! As an attorney in our Real Estate & Development Service Line, you will handle sophisticated and challenging real estate matters for clients across Florida and the nation. We are looking for a candidate with 4 years of experience in commercial leasing, transactions, financing, and development. This role involves drafting, preparing, and negotiating various real estate contracts, commercial leases, and land use agreements, structuring and documenting loans, and advising clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, ownership, management, and development.

Qualifications; 

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida bar license
• 4 years of experience in real estate law
• Proficiency with technology, including practice management systems and portals
• Excellent research skills, including the use of online services and databases
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Competitive compensation ranging from $145K - 175K, contingent upon experience 
• Comprehensive benefits package

Schedule and Location: 

• Full- time position based in Tampa, FL.
• Stable Monday to Friday work Schedule.
