Monitors, tracks, and prepares administrative correspondence and notifications regarding student progression through course.

Responsibilities : Review current curriculum and provides students professional guidance and clarification on curriculum related issues Research and answer curriculum issues for students Track students’ successful or unsuccessful completion of courses Respond to email and phone requests for information on degree requirements Provide student feedback (both verbal and written) in support of the distance learning program and participates in team meetings Research student history Collect and consolidate student inquiries and produces summary reports and trend analysis Use the email, phone, and Blackboard systems to collect and respond to student inquiries.

Contribute to and assist in organization’s knowledge management processes Provide input and recommend updates to organization’s policies and procedures Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education or in a closely related field Minimum of three years of experience as part of an educational supporting student grades and academic reporting Experience with Blackboard Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Submit to required background check Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
