NFON is Hiring a Corporate Communication Manager (w/m/d) Near Munich, ND

Your Mission
We are in search of an experienced Corporate Communication Manager (w/m/d) to lead and coordinate our Communication Steering Board, tasked with managing and developing overarching communication strategies for the NFON Group.
This role involves ensuring the effectiveness and consistent adherence to our internal and external communication policies, crafting communication formats, and generating content for internal communications and change projects. Working closely with our People & Culture team and leadership, you will play a vital role in supporting employer branding initiatives and optimizing the company's presence across all channels, both internal and partly external.
The work you will do:
  • Coordinate and manage the board to enhance and unify the NFON Group's overall communication efforts.
  • Oversee internal and external communication policies, including conducting regular reviews, making adjustments, and providing employee training.
  • Take charge of existing formats such as monthly company updates, Q&A sessions, Meet the Management sessions, and other formats, while also spearheading the implementation of new ones.Conceptualize and execute communication formats, conducting regular reviews in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Generate content for internal communications, organizational updates, and provide support for change projects.
  • Work closely with the People & Culture team to offer advice and support, as well as collaborate with the NFON leadership team, in communication endeavors.
  • Support People & Culture processes and projects while enhancing the company's external presence across all channels, including career sites, social media, campaigns, and trade shows.
Your profile
  • BA or MA degree in Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in content creation from conception to completion, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication formats, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Possess an open, positive, and empathetic personality, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to foster strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (at least C1 level), with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in both written and verbal forms. Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving communication initiatives, with a strategic approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
