Job Summary:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our printed graphics manufacturing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the print manufacturing industry. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leadership and Management:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments including production, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Set performance goals and monitor staff performance to ensure targets are met.

· Operational Oversight:

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and procurement of materials.

· Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

· Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

· Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to drive new business and maintain existing accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.

· Health and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Address any health and safety issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the printed graphics or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
