Position: RN or LPN Infection Preventionist
The ideal Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse candidate for this position should possess excellent time management, superior organization skills, and be an exceptional communicator. Long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• assisting with surveillance throughout the facility to promote infection prevention,
• ensuring adherence to infection control standards, policies, and procedures, and
• reviewing and monitoring reporting data regarding facility-acquired infections, treatments, and control measures.

Qualifications:

• Must have South Carolina RN or LPN
• Must have superior communication skills & be an effective leader
• Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player
• Prior experience in Infection Control preferred
• Prior experience in LTC/ SNF preferred
