Using your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills you will provide subject matter expertise on volunteering related matters both externally to volunteering teams across NHS Scotland, and internally to Healthcare Improvement Scotland. You will be experienced in working with a diverse range of professionals and the public.
We require a motivated individual and a team player as you will be expected to plan and manage your own workload and that of the team, working autonomously within the parameters of your agreed remit.

- Building and sharing evidence demonstrating the impact of volunteering.
- Using knowledge and expertise to improve volunteering.
- Providing assurance that volunteering in NHSScotland is high quality, safe and effective.

- Project manage and deliver the continuous development and maintenance of networks, training, resources and tools to support good practice in volunteering.
