An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing Service in Angus. The post holder will be based in Brechin Health Centre but will integrate with other locality teams within the NE Locality and Angus dependent on Service need. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service which will mean rotation of day/evening shifts/base to ensure provision of service over the 24 hour period over 7 days.
The post holder should have good leadership qualities with a wide range of clinical knowledge and skills with evidence of continuous professional development, good interpersonal and communication skills. Community experience would be an advantage for this post.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA of the UK NMC Register
A requirement of the post is the ability and willingness to travel across the geographical area of Angus Health & Social Care Partnership.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff.
