Position Overview:

Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of materials and products within our facility, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inventory. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of goods and supporting the overall operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
• Storage: Organize and store materials in designated areas, maintaining an orderly inventory.
• Material Handling: Move materials between storage areas and production lines, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare materials for production and customer orders.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of materials.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and support production needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
