Job Overview: Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse, from inventory management to order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Receiving and Shipping: Receive incoming shipments, verify their accuracy, and ensure they are stored correctly. Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for any defects or discrepancies, ensuring only high-quality products are shipped to customers.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse associates and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
