Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong focus on customer service.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English is required
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Experience in technology sales is advantageous
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace

Pay: $15.69 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
