Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Door Knocker to join our team. As Field Matketing Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with residents in various neighborhoods to promote products, services, or campaigns through door-to-door interactions.
Duties:
- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to communicate product/service information
- Market and promote offerings effectively to residents
- Supervise and coordinate team efforts if working in a group setting
- Utilize telemarketing skills to follow up on leads or inquiries
- Negotiate effectively to secure sales or campaign support
- Assist in fundraising or electioneering activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse communities
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals from various backgrounds
- Experience in door-to-door sales or marketing is advantageous
- Strong supervisory skills for leading teams during outreach campaigns
- Proficiency in telemarketing techniques for follow-up communication
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure deals or campaign support
- Prior experience in fundraising or electioneering is beneficial
