SAFETY:
1)Understand and follow all safety procedures
a)Current on all safety trainings
b)Wears all required PPE when necessary (steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs)
2)Understand Lock Out Tag Out procedures for assigned areas.
3)Perform duties according to OSHA guidelines, policies and procedures
4)Complete General Plant Safety Training within the first 8 weeks.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1)Regulate conveyor speed, machine temperature, air pressure and circulation and flow.
2)Determine paint flow and coating quality by performing visual inspections.
3)Dispose of hazardous waste in the appropriate manner as directed in training
4)Monitor painting operations to identify and correct flow.
5)Clean sprayers and power equipment IAW standard operating procedures.
6)Operate forklift as needed
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
1)Sprayers

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1)Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and push-pull up to 70lbs.
2)Must be able to work long periods while continuously standing, twisting, bending, reaching, and stooping.
3)Must be able to work environment which is dusty and noisy.
4)Must be able to work in plant environment with extreme seasonal temperatures.
