Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Estimator to join our team at Nick Abraham Collision. As an Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate repair estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair needs
- Create accurate and detailed estimates using industry-standard software (CCC)
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs, costs, and timelines
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure estimates align with shop capabilities and standards
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer specifications, industry developments, and new technologies
- Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate claims processing
- Maintain organized and accurate records, including estimates, invoices, and customer information
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an estimator in the automotive collision repair industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, materials, and labor costs
- Proficiency in estimating software and systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., automotive technology) an asset
- Industry certifications (e.g., I-CAR, ASE) preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
