Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy C-store gas station. As a critical member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the high standards of service and quality associated with Nick & Moes. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring high professionalism and customer service. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering products as needed to meet customer demand. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions. Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase store visibility. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and performing regular cleaning tasks. Analyze store performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the convenience store or gas station industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to selling tobacco, alcohol, and gasoline is a plus.
