Nickel City Animal Hospital is looking to add a friendly, self-motivated, and caring full-time veterinary receptionist to our dedicated hospital team. With a waiting room full of plants and brightly colored walls, we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, patients, and staff. 

The veterinary receptionist/client care specialist plays an integral role in providing detailed attention to our patients as well as outstanding customer service to our clients. You are the first and last person our wonderful clients interact with, and your care and attention to their pets means everything.

The veterinary receptionist role includes, but is not limited to: booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, answering phones, and maintaining cleanliness of the waiting areas. We pride ourselves on having all staff cross-trained in reception to help on busy days.

We are looking to fill a full-time position, which includes a rotating Saturday shift.
