Job Summary:
The Law Firm Client Care Manager oversees all aspects of client satisfaction and retention, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring that their needs are met at every stage of their engagement with the firm. Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their advocate within the law firm and ensuring that their needs and expectations are understood and met.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and empathetic responses to address their needs effectively.
Client Onboarding:
Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that they understand the firm's services, processes, and expectations.
Client Satisfaction Surveys:
Implement client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on the firm's services, identify areas for improvement, and measure client satisfaction levels.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Client Education:
Provide clients with relevant information, resources, and guidance to help them understand legal processes, procedures, and expectations.
Client Retention Strategies:
