Who We Want:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join us at Laura, our rustic Italian restaurant concept in Summerville, SC. Bartenders at Laura are expected to be knowledgeable of all restaurant standard drink recipes and be attentive to our guests’ needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Our Bartender's strive to provide timely and accurate service, while providing an extensive knowledge of all aspects of beverage service and menu items. A sense of urgency is required for this position.

This position is offered at an hourly wage plus tips / gratuity.

Some duties include but are not limited to:
- Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities

Skills:
- Previous Bartending experience required
- Experience in the food industry and/or restaurant settings preferred
- Hospitality background a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4.50 - $6.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
