Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer's experience
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain product features
- Knowledge of technology products and trends is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills
We are seeking a motivated individual to work at both of our sales locations. This individual should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs, conducting product demonstrations, and driving sales. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a knack for upselling, we want to hear from you!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
