JOB TITLE: Head of IT
ROLE SUMMARY: The Head of IT will play a pivotal role in our organization, reporting directly to the Executive Leader. This position requires a dynamic IT leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O (ERP system). The successful candidate will spearhead IT initiatives to support our business goals and drive efficiencies across all affiliated companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of IT operations within a multi-site company environment, including but not limited to IT infrastructure, network, ERP systems, databases, software applications, help desk/end-user support, security, and communication systems.
• Develop and implement standards and architecture for the company's technical infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategies, and priorities. * Collaborate with the leadership team and key business process owners to identify opportunities for business process improvement, cost efficiencies, and enhanced decision-making through actionable data insights.
• Lead ERP system project management, deployment, support, and enhancement efforts, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and maximizing system capabilities.
• Enhance the Company's business intelligence system capabilities to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
