WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The Director of Solution Validation & Testing for SEC in NIKE Tech, will drive an enterprise wide multi-functional testing offense in support of Retail and Wholesale deployments of SAP S4 Fashion. The leader will collaborate with Business and Technology team members in support of SAP and non-SAP applications that support global and geography-based business processes. The leader will collaborate with test leaders in the business and through our solution integration partners to define our testing scope, build and run performance metrics, supervise the detection and resolution of defects and connect with team members through a network of project managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts. They will support release execution by monitoring of each phase of the release and alert appropriate team members of any issues that need to be addressed.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?
- Function as a member of the SEC Technology Leadership Team and drive strategies and solution delivery in a highly dynamic, results-based solution organization working toward the NIKE's next-generation ERP platform. Preparing and communicating strategic plans, program results and recommendations to the business and technology VPs and other senior business and technology team members.
- Directly and indirectly leading technology teams to drive the strategic plan for solution validation for SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Strategically partnering with business and technology VPs and senior leaders to build and align on a vision and roadmap for testing including automation, performance management and non-functional requirements.
- Influencing and handling business analysts, developers and architecture partners in crafting and running program methodologies, processes and program outcomes while ensuring program benefits are realized.
- Partnering with business and technology leaders in the development and implementation of operating models, organizational structures and product lifecycles required to support ERP and non-ERP solutions.
- Engaging the organization to establish a team of experts in the next-generation tools while developing talent pipelines that support the future state of consumer and marketplace platforms.
WHAT YOU BRING?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field(s), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 years of experience in leadership and 6 years of experience as an enterprise testing lead.
- Experience in delivery of Tier 1 ERP.
- Experience working with and through offshore teams; ability to handle a sophisticated solution backlog with a mix of internal and external resources and partners.
- Build and lead across functional global and geography-based teams.
- Lead results through multiple software development and product teams in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize changing demands effectively while maintaining long-term outcomes and results in a program environment.
