As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accurate records of receivables.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accurate records of receivables.
Responsibilities:
- Process Invoices: Compile and prepare invoices accurately and promptly.
- Bank Reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of financial transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data to recommend appropriate actions.
- Payment Processing: Verify documentation and initiate payment disbursements.
- Intercompany Transactions: Handle invoice and bill input for intercompany transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and NetSuite is advantageous.
- Background in billing, finance, or retail/e-commerce preferred.
- Minimum of one year of accounts receivable experience
- Strong data entry skills and familiarity with standard accounting procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
