For our EU Commercial Operation Team in Munich we are looking for a

EU Commercial Strategic Operations Lead (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

Lead the definition and implementation of the Strategic Commercial Plan:

  • Define how to achieve the sales performance targets in terms of market segments, price policies, product mix (vehicle models, service, financial solution etc.), communication needs and sales channels.
  • Set the plan combines individual plans of each National Sales Company, to ensure alignment and traceability, with the basis for the commercial performance review management during the year.
  • Facilitate the business review cycle and coordinates the implementation of any variation to the plan.

Pricing and Promotion Management:

  • Define and implement promotional strategies across all channels.
  • Ensure price transparency and consistency across all channels. Collect and analyze price benchmarking data, provide visibility on price competitiveness.
  • Support dynamic price adjustment for solutions such as finance leasing and subscription.
  • Coordinate with Product Management and Marketing in the definition of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices (MSRPs).

Financial Partner Collaboration and Asset Financing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to facilitate asset financing solutions.
  • Coordinate with financial partners to create and promote attractive financing options for customers, enhancing sales opportunities.
  • Work with financial institutions to ensure seamless integration of asset financing options into the overall sales strategy.
  • Analyze and evaluate financing programs to ensure they meet the needs of both the company and its customers.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of asset financing solutions, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Work closely with key financial and channel partners to close contracts and ensure all financial agreements comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and constantly review performance versus plans.
  • Manage the execution priorities by identifying critical factors that affect sales performance and market competitiveness.
  • Improve sales performances by implementing learnings in the strategic commercial plan.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics or engineering
  • 7 years experience in related roles including strategic marketing, sales, commercial planning
  • Experience in Automotive, Car Rental, Mobility or Leasing is highly valued
  • Experience in people management with strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Analytical skills to forecast, review, and improve performance plans
  • Ability to manage complex relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Experience in partnering with financial institutions and managing asset financing programs
  • Passionate and have an understanding of the automotive industry and strategic marketing processes
  • Open, communicative and optimistic personality who sets ambitious goals and always tries to improve
