For our team in Munich we are looking for a Facility Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

• Planning and supervision of maintenance, refurbishment, and renovation work for the existing buildings in Munich and Berlin
• Supporting the planning and development of new locations and searching, analysis and evaluation of suitable objects
• Planning and documentation of the space utilization of the office properties within the framework of space management
• Independent use-oriented occupancy planning of the office space up to the independent organization and implementation of relocations
• Planning and procurement of new office furniture and management of existing furniture
• Responsibility for security-relevant equipment, such as burglar alarm system and fire system
• Coordination of facility management service providers and external companies, as well as the acceptance of services
• Documentation of all processes and preparation of required reports and plans
• In all areas of responsibility, compliance with and improvement of occupational safety, environmental protection and health have a high significance

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, system electronics technician or a similar occupational field
• Several years of professional experience in building and operating technology
• Knowledge of technical and legal regulations and standards in the field of Facility Management
• Comprehensive knowledge of property management
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a high degree of communication skills
• Confident and friendly demeanor as well as pronounced advisory and social skills
• Structured and organized way of working
• Fluency in English and German essential
• Willingness to travel to Berlin
