ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations will oversee NISA's IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems groups, responsible for the robust design and management of the company's technology infrastructure and systems.

ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations will oversee NISA's IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems groups, responsible for the robust design and management of the company's technology infrastructure and systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on all Infrastructure Engineering areas such as Datacenter, Cloud, Server, Network, and Security
- Oversee cross functional technical staff to ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable solutions that support NISA's strategic technology objectives
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain, enhance and secure NISA’s technology Infrastructure
- Lead and develop highly skilled technical teams with a focus on maintaining highest possible level of system reliability, availability, and stability
- Manage a team of diverse skilled professionals and provide mentorship and coaching to develop their skills and capabilities
- Manage the IT Infrastructure staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership, as well as different teams, to ensure timely resolution of pending issues, team performance and objectives are met
- Maintain a high degree of readiness to adopt and implement new technology solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Select and purchase new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in related field or extensive experience (10 years) required
- 5 years of progressive work experience playing a supervisory role managing cross functional teams in technology delivery
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and solving complex issues through creative solutions
- Experience with hybrid environments including on-premises and cloud services is a plus
- Demonstrated experience as a hands-on technical manager, actively involved in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
