You must have extensive used car management experience, with proven verifiable results. • Intimately familiar with VAUTO advance system of market-based pricing
• Successful track record of acquiring vehicles from service drive, clients, private parties
• Point person for all reconditioning decisions
• Process driven and committed to a fast turn
• Knows how to merchandise
• Understands today’s Internet savvy buyers
• Proficient buying at online auctions
• Able to travel for some in person auctions
• Able to work the sales desk a few times a week
• Enjoys training and coaching the sales team on how to sell used vehicles
• Consistently deliver client satisfaction by selling a quality product.
• Always maintain integrity

Base salary plus a percent of gross profit, car allowance and benefits,

with total pay in the $100,000 to $175,000 range.
