About Us

Nissan of Sumter is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will manage all customer interactions related to vehicle service from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in automotive service and customer service roles.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to build rapport with customers.
• License: Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Assist customers with service inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule service appointments.
• Service Documentation: Prepare service orders and handle paperwork.
• Communication: Update customers on vehicle status and service needs.
• Sales: Identify and recommend additional services.
