We are currently in search of a litigation associate with at least one year of experience in commercial or business-related litigation in both federal and state courts. Admission to the California bar is required.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies, manage caseloads, and prepare for hearings and trials.
- Offer legal guidance to clients, spearheading case planning, depositions, court appearances, discovery processes, motion practice, and trial preparations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and motions.
