The ideal candidate will be someone working in a Call Center Operation Background, who has experience in Managing a team, experience in CSAT, Attrition, Experience in handling L2, L3 level of escalation.

Transaction Monitoring is the top skills, along with AML and KYC.

This role demands 5 days in Office and we can close this role within a week or two with the right candidate.

Experience:

Mandatory Skills:

• Gathering/collection and review of AML / KYC documents
• Initiate the risk assessment and ongoing due diligence
• Review/escalate/close alerts triggered by the transaction monitoring through platforms and systems
• Analyze suspicious nature of the transaction, Create a narrative summary for the decision made
• Responsible for SLA's, escalations & performance matrix and team management
