Role Delivery Manager

Location: US East Hannover, NJ - Hybrid (2-3 days of travel to client office in)

Skillsets:

• Around 12 - 15 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager preferably in the pharma or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing large global digital programs interfacing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing digital Omni channel engagement projects in pharma.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.
• Experience of working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to the onshore and offshore model and working teams within client and agency partners.
• Experienced with Project management and Agile framework.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical requests and teams.
• Minimum graduation.
