Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead Consultant

Duration: Full Time Role

Location: Anywhere in the US and/or Remote

What Client is looking for?

Required Qualifications:

· Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.

· Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.

· 7 years of Information Technology experience

· Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud

· Candidate should be Techno-Functional or functional resource and Functional background must be HCM domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

· At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle

· 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional resource

· Work experience in implementing and configuring Payroll

· End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules (Compensation, Absences, Core HR) – Requirement Gathering, Configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment.

· 3 years of Hands-On Experience in working in US Payroll

· Work experience in Fast Formulas

· Analyze Payroll new features and regressing testing during upgrades.

· Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues. 

· Production support - Incidents & service requests resolution & problem solving and support to the integrations.

· Any enhancements / process improvements on Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud and consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices.

· Working with end users to document the business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements and provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud

· Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and support existing functionality and integrations with other systems and effectively communicate status to the management team, issue and risk management.
