Job Description:

Responsibilities

o Develop presentation materials for various executive meetings etc

o Coordinate executive meetings site meetings etc and publish meeting minutes for various meetings

o Generate executive and stakeholder reports on project status risks and resolutions team achievements etc

o Maintain and further enhance reports based on understanding of stakeholder and regulatory requirements

o Collect reporting data from different systems and teams and resolve any reporting issues

o Maintain a library of reusable data and reports

o Participate in projects to implement any new reporting tools for report enhancement and automation

o Streamline the reporting process to improve work efficiency

o Understand Financial budget of a Project

o Help in Project tracking and time booking

o Help in getting feedback and track Training completion for the team

o Present a quarterly deck

o Work with the Client to prepare his meetings create presentation slide

Qualifications

o 11 years of work experience in producing high quality executive reports preferably for technology organizations

o Experience in project governance reporting project management preferred

o Strong analytical skills

o Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

o High level of attention to detail

o Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting various deadlines in a fast paced organization

o Excellent organizational skills

o Data driven with a solid understanding of how to synthesize large amount of data into an executive view

o Advanced MS Power Point Word Excel and Outlook skills

o Strong business acumen

o Positive attitude striving for continuous improvement
