As an Online Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through phone, email, and live chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your strong communication skills, product knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

* Process orders accurately and efficiently
