    • Develops and maintains the Producer Management Distribution System (PDMS) in a licensing/appointment role. Responsible for all activities to onboard new agencies and producers including validations of state licenses, E&O, W9, contacts among other functions in the system. Maintains agency codes, appointments, terminations, mergers, and acquisitions as required by state guidelines.
    Overview
    Develops and maintains the Producer Management Distribution System (PDMS) in a licensing/appointment role.     • Maintains a repository of master sales documents, including contracts, commission schedules and product validations. Creates, reviews and updates presentations, business plans, timelines and workflows for sales staff and leadership. Develops and maintains Power BI and ad hoc reports to monitor and track KPI’s and leadership needs. Creates leadership reports documenting new business, existing policyholder accounts and maintains system data analytics.
    • Manages clearance processes for all new business submissions to mitigate channel conflicts, compliance with broker of record rules and licensing requirements. Reviews applications and information for underwriting needs, follows up with sales staff as needed and insures account participants are accurate. Educates and trains administrative staff on sales processes and systems. Trains and educates administrative and sales staff on department processes and systems.
    • Tracks, monitors, and validates new business policies/premiums, quotas, and corporate targets, by line of business, generated by the sales team. Supports sales team and leadership as needed. Takes a lead role in monitoring and directing workflows. Supports sales department, leadership, agency partners and administrative as needed to meet department, agency, and customer requests.

    • The ability to maintain records of compliance activities. Critical thinking, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and strong communication. Effective communication skills required. Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) required.
