The Key Business Manager operates as an entrepreneur that partners with REICO to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and sell REICO products and services that offer turnkey solutions for kitchens, baths, home offices, home entertainment centers, hutches, wet bars, outdoor kitchens and many other room applications.
The ideal candidate will spend up to 60% on the road driving sales with local builders, contractors, and property management companies. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Project Coordinator and Designer) to improve the entire customer experience and meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
