We are looking for a self-driven and motivated IT Project Manager who has experience with Agile based project delivery to join our team, help deliver the multiple projects within a large program to deliver the features to meet business need and drive business growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached.

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project teams, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organization goals.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.

• Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.

• Strategize, implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to project objectives.

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and leaders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

• Coordinate with project (various domain) teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Conduct project evaluations and assessments, analyzing results and identifying areas of improvements.
