Role Description
This is a contract role for a Desktop Support Technician. As a Desktop Support Technician, your responsibilities will include providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting computer issues, and performing computer repairs. This is an on-site role located in New York, NY.
Qualifications
- Experience with desktop computers, printer support, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of computer repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
