Job Title:- Desktop Support Engineer
Location:- Woburn, MA (Onsite Day 1)

Years Of Experience:- 6-10

Experience:-

Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.

ServiceNow experience required.

At least 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline

At least 2 years of experience in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis

At least 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of computer hardware

Microsoft Active Directory applications

Business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

IT Service Management ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, preferred

Manufacturing environment, preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.47 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
