Shift: Monday to Friday (8 am to 4:30 pm)

Job Description:

• Summary: under general supervision, is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty in relieving an executive of Administrative detail; and performs related work as required.
• In this position you will be responsible for clerical/front desk duties, answering phones, customer service, receiving and registering applications, receiving and processing verifications, data collection and data entry, research of case information, completing assignments.
• The candidate must have good listening and communication skills and be able to adapt to changes in assignments as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED. Previous office experience, multi-tasking skills and the ability to change from one assignment to another with even flow and without much disruption will help.
