Role Description

The ideal candidate will have a large amount of autonomy and will be the primary point of contact for clients. This position will be a part of a close-knit team in trust litigation and probates. Our firm supports the learning and growth of all of its employees and can provide an upward trajectory for those who are eager to grow.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trust & Estates Litigation Paralegal at N•M Law, APC located in Tustin, CA. This position will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as initial drafts of key documents for Probate Court, drafting discovery, preparing forms for Probates and communicating with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of laws related to Trusts & Estates
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Familiarity with court procedures, motions, and trials
• Ability to propound and respond to written discovery
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certification as a paralegal
