Job Description
Job Title: Superintendent - Commercial Construction
Location: Anaheim, CA and West Sacramento, CA
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Travel: 25% within Southern California
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-end retail construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize Procore software for project management.
- Oversee new store builds, remodels, and office renovations.
- Resolve conflicts and omissions efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
- Luxury retail construction experience required.
- Procore proficiency preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent document management.
Screening Requirements:
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Drug screen
