ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Coordinator, is responsible for maximizing sales inmulti-store retail locations executed through in store events, training andproduct demonstrations. The Sales Coordinator’s role is to build brandawareness, create an elevated in-store experience and be a trusted expert forour brands.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and exceedindividual monthly sales goal across all assigned stores

  • Adhere to store visitschedule based on business needs across all assigned stores

  • Clientele and recruitnew customers by providing an elevated and personalized customer experiencethrough relationship building

  • Foster and maintainsolid professional relationships with retail partners by demonstrating a spiritof teamwork and cooperation. Providing excellent service to both retailer and customers

  • Successfully provide training,executing in store events and focus days, personal consultation and hands on demonstrationto drive sales

  • Resolve customer issuesand answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience

  • Adhere to both Boots and3rd party retailer policies and procedures.

  • Maintain greatcommunication with store teams, line manager and peers

  • Work independently andsustain a positive can do attitude

  • Consistently present aclean and professional brand image at all times

  • Attends all required conferencecall, trainings and team meetings

  • Ensure that testers,brushes, etc. are maintained in compliance with hygiene standards.

  • Ensure that stock,beauty stations and fixtures are clean, organized and adhere to companymerchandising standards

  • Ensures execution ofupdated instore planograms, merchandising displays and presentation in storesand monitors stock and partners with in store retail team to ensure stock flowand replenishment.

  • Promotes andcommunicates key product launches, current promotions and events

  • Has knowledge ofcompetitive brands

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year ofexperience in a sales/commission based retail environment is preferred Makeup/Artistryskills and product experience in skincare and beauty, but not required.

  • Demonstrate a passionfor customer service and a competency for selling.

  • General knowledge and passionfor the Beauty/Skincare industry.

  • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills; friendly, energetic and outgoingpersonality.

  • Ability to build andmaintain strong interpersonal relationships.

  • High degrees ofmotivation, drive, integrity, accountability and the ability to work wellindependently as well as a part of a team.

  • Consistently demonstratea desire to exceed expectations.

  • Receptive to guidanceand feedback.

  • Ability to work flexibleschedules as shifts include weekdays, evenings and weekends.

  • Consistent and reliableattendance.

TRAVEL

May berequired to travel to offsite locations for scheduled meetings and/ortrainings.

Understanding thatdesignated store location is subject to change based on business needs.

  • Delivery of annual brand assigned goals

  • Meets all required reporting deadlines with accuracy

  • Receive ongoing positive feedback from Retail Partners and Colleagues
