Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Development Manager located in Spring Valley, CA. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of fundraising activities and events. They will also manage donor relationships, develop fundraising strategies, and collaborate with the leadership team to support the organization's mission and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising and donor relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to develop and execute fundraising strategies
- Knowledge of nonprofit operations and regulations
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team
- A passion for serving individuals with developmental disabilities
