Nobilitas Group LLC is Hiring an Entry Level Assembler/Technician Near Bartlesville, OK

Pay rate: $18/hr for 1st shift (6 MONTH CONTRACT TO HIRE)

-Our client is hiring for two entry level roles; that of a Winder Operator Assembler and of a Technician. The job descriptions of both are listed below:

Winder Operator
The Winder Operator prepares machines for production by positioning guides and rolls, operates and monitors bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, and adjusts controls to regulate machining.

You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling components and equipment used in oilfield operations. You'll ensure the quality and reliability of manufactured products while adhering to safety standards and production deadlines.
Missions
• Assemble components and equipment according to plans and technical specifications. Use manual and power tools to perform assembly operations with precision.
• Verify the conformity of parts and assemblies with established specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address assembly issues and propose improvements.
• Follow safety procedures and work protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Participate in training new employees and in the continuous improvement of assembly processes.
Missions cont. (for winder operation division in facility)
• Preparing machine for production by positioning, guides, and rolls. Operate and monitor bobbin winders
• Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately
• String wire through bobbin winders, adjust counter to necessary footage regulating machining by setting and adjusting controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Skills
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes Attention to detail
• Able to read & follow work instructions Must have good hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred

Technician

The technician in charge of disassembling and cleaning equipment, is responsible for disassembling equipment to clean and refurbish it. This role contributes to cost savings by extending the lifespan of equipment and maintaining operational efficiency.
Missions
• Disassemble following specific procedures and using appropriate tools.
• Thoroughly clean equipment components to remove petroleum product residues, mud deposits, and other contaminants.
• Inspect disassembled parts to identify damage, wear, or signs of corrosion. Perform minor repairs if necessary, such as replacing seals or worn parts.
• Assemble equipment after cleaning and repair, following manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and tools used in the disassembly and cleaning process.
• Follow strict safety protocols when handling petroleum products and using tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to schedule disassembly and cleaning times to minimize production interruptions.
Skills
• Mechanical disassembly and assembly skills, including the use of manual and power tools. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards.
• Inspection skills to identify defects and damage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Hours: 1st shift: 5:00am-3:30pm
