RequirementsYou own this if you have…
- Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a fine dining restaurant.
- Skilled in training and development of team members, consistent with Company policies, procedures, and practices
- Ability to manage labor costs ensuring staffing models are in alignment with the business levels.
- Review all areas of the restaurant to ensure they are set and maintained throughout the meal service.
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Experience in fine dining preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Ability to communicate in English with guests, team members and management.
- Must be able to become proficient in computer applications, including the POS system, Microsoft Suite, and hotel software programs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
