POSITION SUMMARY

The TLS Contract Support Specialist is responsible for acting as Noble’s liaison to DLA for all SOE and FESE RFQ bid submissions.

Processing all awards, tracking all 855 and 824 notifications.

Essential Functions Statements

Review daily open RFQs making sure all required information is submitted to DLA.

Submit all RFQs directly to DLA (driven and non-drive)

Review : approve or deny RFQs that are submitted for review.

Review and process all awards, ensuring contract compliance.

Update and maintain the information that is entered into Salesforce pertaining to rewards, cancellations, inquiries, No Bids, etc.

Responsible for on-time bid submission

Ensure that all FARS, DFARS and Compliance measures are followed.

Work with Contracts team on modifications when necessary.

Available to respond to urgent RFI’s to support DLA outside of normal business hours.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Detail-oriented - Must be highly accurate and thorough.

Understanding of FAR / DFAR / DLAD regulations that apply to the contract.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all business levels.

Advanced understanding of contract scope.

Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong ability to work cross functionally to achieve desired organizational results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, from four-year college or technical school; and

2-4 years of relevant experience and / or training; or the equivalent combination of training and relevant business experience

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient in Google Suite

Understanding and experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP software

Proficient in Salesforce

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
