Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Enhancement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards through effective measures and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a QE plan in conjunction with the Executive Director & Administrator.

• Head an agency-wide QE committee

• Collect data to track areas of improvement.

• Generate a quarterly QE report.

• Work with each team to develop and track client/family satisfaction surveys.

• Oversee peer review of records.

• Supervise internal audit of records.

• Participate as needed on the administrative team.

• Respects limits and maintain the helping role appropriate to the position.

• Audit/enforce Standards’ compliance for DMH/DD

• Assist in training new staff according to standards

• Maintain the attendance report for all consumers

• Coordinate the Incident Management System and Meetings

• Coordinate Human Rights Committee and Meetings

• Make sure all changes, training and services are relayed over to all sub-contractors

• Create necessary forms needed for services

• Report to Administrator

• Review all quarterly reports

• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree; master's preferred in social work or human service field. Two to three years experience in child welfare or related field. Knowledge of statistics, data collection, and outcome measurements. Computer literacy required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
