Responsibilities

Noblis is positioned to provide a Senior Management Analyst to decision makers in the CWMD Policy, Strategic and Analysis office as it continues to provide expertise in policy and strategic approaches to countering CBRN threats and WMD terrorism.

If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to help develop and advance DHSs approach to countering WMD, we are actively seeking to identify personnel to join our team of talented professionals who possess the experience, vision, commitment and integrity to successfully support the strategic goals of DHS CWMD by assisting with the fulfillment of the office policy and strategy requirements as DHSs CWMD focal point as a Senior Management Analysis for CWMD. Responsibilities include:

Note: This is a Part Time on-call position

• Applying appropriate management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to strategically assess program progress.

• Employing process improvement, and principles to conduct process modernization projects.

• Briefing key CWMD staff on program and product advancement.

• Coordinating multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of management efforts.

• Provides daily supervision and direction to personnel performing management analysis tasking.

Required Qualifications

• Secret Clearance

• M.A. or M.s. Degree and 10 years of experience performing management analysis.

• 8 years in specialized management analysis experience in areas such as business process reengineering, Configuration Management, Quality Control/Quality Analysis, organizational performance assessments, mission analysis, and strategic analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvements.

• Excellent communication to include technical writing and editing, oral communication, organization, critical thinking, and interpersonal and customer service skills to engage stakeholders and PMs.

• Ability to plan individual efforts and follow through to completion.

• Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.

• Competence to function efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding work environment

• Flexible and readily adaptable to change.

• Willingness to complete wide variety of tasks especially during an event; everything from very technical to some basis tasks.

• Can obtain DHS suitability

Desired Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance

• Experience with CWMD policy or strategic planning

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis total compensation package for employees.

USD $54.86 - USD $96.01 /Hr.
