With a team of seasoned professionals and a comprehensive inventory of event essentials, we ensure every event’s success.Job Summary:We are seeking energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Stagehands to join our dynamic event production team. As a Stagehand at Nocturnal Resources, you will play a crucial role in setting up and dismantling stages, sets, and various event equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work behind the scenes at some of the most exciting concerts, theater productions, and corporate events in the ND and MN regions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and transportation of equipment to and from event locations.
• Set up and dismantle stages, lighting, sound systems, and other event equipment under the guidance of our production managers.
• Operate various types of equipment such as spotlight operators, camera operators, etc., as required.
• Provide wardrobe support, manage props, and assist with other backstage tasks as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is handled safely and efficiently, adhering to Nocturnal Resources’ standards of professionalism.
• Work closely with the event production team to meet all setup and breakdown timelines.
• Perform maintenance and basic repairs on equipment as needed.
• Requirements:
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work at heights when necessary.
• Previous experience in stagehand or event production roles preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to various event locations within the ND and MN regions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
